It’s dangerous to go alone! Take this…shirt.

The Eye of Providence was adopted in 1782 as part of the symbolism on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States. It didn’t become a standard part of Freemason iconography until 15 years later (just in case you were wondering!). The eye itself represents the all-seeing eye of God watching over humanity and it's often depicted within a closed triangle, surrounded by rays of light or glory. Pull out a dollar bill and you’ll see this eye watching over an unfinished pyramid of 13 steps—representing God watching over the 13 original States, but also taking into account the nation’s potential for future growth. In your quest for perfect patriotism, we figured you could use a little extra "power, wisdom, and courage" (IYKYK)!
